Comfort Inn & Suites Virginia Beach-Norfolk Airport

We came to this property after we left another one. We were super tired and irritated, but we got checked in and was the room was great. It was clean and nice cool. In a great location and Starbucks was across the parking lot (huge plus for me lol). They had just had new carpet laid in the halls (need to clean up pieces and vacuum) so there was that smell in the hallway. Decent breakfast each morning, so we were pretty content.

The staff was great! Marcus and Briana were friendly and informative. The bed and pillows were great! The shower was hot and had alot of pressure. The location was around the corner from The Norfolk Premium Outlets and plenty of restaurants. All in all, the location made up for everything that was wrong.

I really liked the fact that even though I was traveling with a friend, we had separate spaces. I get up earlier than she does and I didn't have to worry about disturbing her since I was in my room. I also liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

We loved the location to everything we needed to do and to our family. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was pleasant.

I love how comfortable, friendly and very helpful everyone here at Comfort Inn was to me and my family ! We were given a room section off from my son for both our privacies. Very big comfortable beds ! I will book again! Close to beach. Thank you especially to Brianna hopefully I spelled her name correctly because mines is definitely spelled differently .
